Our Team

TAoES co-founders Anna & Ainsley have more than 30 years’ combined experience working in the arts, performance and cultural sectors. As performers who have themselves appeared extensively on stages around the globe they have an intuitive understanding of what will work best for your event regardless of venue, scale or occasion. Originally hailing from The West Coast of Scotland, they now deliver events across the UK and worldwide. Anna and Ainsley are deeply embedded in the Scottish folk scene, with a keen eye on established and emerging talent. TAoES relishes the opportunity to be as creative as possible which is why, although our work is based around Scottish culture, collaboration is at the centre of all that they do.

Tamzin is a multi-award winning producer with over 18 years’ experience working across the creative industries. Her work spans creative-producing, project management, international tours management, strategic planning & fundraising. In addition to her work with TAoES she has a wide portfolio of freelance projects and specialises in cross-arts projects that combine creative traditions. She has worked with a wide range of organisations including: the Royal Opera House, London Philharmonic Orchestra, English National Opera, Wilton’s Music Hall, Glyndebourne Festival Opera, Southbank Centre, Intermusica Artists’ Management, The National Student Drama Festival, St. Endellion’s Summer Festival, Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, VOPERA, and Handpicked Productions.

Tamzin Aitken | ProJECT MANAGER

Tamzin is a multi-award winning producer with over 18 years’ experience working across the creative industries.
